Group Therapy
At Greenstone Counseling, we offer group therapy because healing is often stronger in community. Sharing struggles with others who understand reduces feelings of isolation and helps people feel supported and connected. Guided by a skilled therapist, group therapy provides a safe space to practice new skills, gain perspective, and build meaningful connections on the path to growth and healing. All our groups are facilitated by licensed therapists.
Faith Transitions Group
These groups are designed for individuals experiencing some type of religious or spiritual transition. This could include leaving or having left a religion or spiritual community, questioning religious doctrine, deconstructing and/or reconstructing personal spirituality, or even remaining in religion as a nonbeliever unable to fully or freely leave.
The group is intended to offer support, community, and healthy ways to navigate forward.
