BILLING AND PAYMENT POLICIES
INSURANCE
The client is responsible to know their deductible, copay, and overall mental health coverage. All insurance information must be reported to Greenstone Counseling before the time of service. The client is also responsible for any unmet or uncovered fees after insurance.

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
PRIVATE PAY
The private pay fee is $100 to $120 depending on the clinician.
Private pay means the client is responsible for the entire fee.
Sliding scale rates are available for those who qualify.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours in advance are subject to a $25 fee.
No-show appointments are subject to a $50 fee.

This is necessary because a time commitment is made to the client and is held exclusively for them. When cancellations are made enough in advance that time can be allotted elsewhere.
