Individuals
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, a faith crisis or transition, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to work through it alone. Individual therapy provides a supportive space to better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. Our therapists meet you where you are and work alongside you toward greater emotional well-being, resilience, and connection.
Couples
Relationships take work, and sometimes they need extra support to grow stronger. Our couples therapists help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and reconnect when they’ve grown apart. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, working through a difficult transition, or trying to repair and strengthen your relationship, we provide a supportive space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and valued.
Children & Teens
Growing up comes with challenges, and sometimes children and teens need extra support along the way. Our therapists provide a safe, welcoming space to work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, school difficulties, family changes, identity concerns, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. We help children and teens better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and feel more connected to themselves and the people around them.

Faith Transitions Group
Connect with others navigating similar questions
These groups are designed for individuals experiencing some type of religious or spiritual transition. This could include leaving or having left a religion or spiritual community, questioning religious doctrine, deconstructing and/or reconstructing personal spirituality, or even remaining in religion as a nonbeliever unable to fully or freely leave.
The group is intended to offer support, community, and healthy ways to navigate forward.
We will offer two sessions each year, one in February and another in September. The groups meet on Monday evenings. It is a $200 total for 10 weeks.
