As a clinical intern, I am excited to deepen my learning by joining the team at Greenstone Counseling. I am sincerely dedicated to the counseling process and to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for each client. Beginning therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, and it shows tremendous courage. I believe that every person has within them all the strength and resilience they need to be able to heal from painful experiences and live more meaningfully.

I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach drawing on Internal Family Systems and other experiential and somatic therapies. As an intern, I am eager to work with diverse clients experiencing a variety of life challenges, and I have a special interest in supporting families by working with couples, children, and adolescents. I consider it a deep honor to be part of each client’s journey of growth and healing.
