About Me
For the past several years, it has been my privilege to walk with people as they enter periods of life where they feel challenged, hurt, and often stuck. It is my goal to help you explore these wounds, navigate through the sticky places, and return to a higher level of functioning.

I specialize in grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, depression/anxiety. I am a perinatal mental health trained practitioner, treating postpartum mental health. I work with survivors of domestic abuse, high- control groups, and those navigating faith crisis. I enjoy working with individuals of all genders and sexual orientations, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have found that the most powerful moments are those in which you remember who you are, that your words are important, and that you’re heard without judgement. "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." - Carl Jung
