Throughout my experience as a trauma specialist, I am always honored by my opportunity to be a partner in others' healing journey. I come from a person-centered approach and believe in genuineness and transparency when working through difficult experiences. I believe in helping clients harness their natural self-healing through dignity, respect, non-judgment, and compassion.

 I have had the privilege of working with survivors of intimate partner/domestic violence and sexual assault for over eight years. I have also seen the courage and resilience within faith crises and transitions, and explored trauma through these experiences. I love being a counselor and am excited to share my passion with others!
