About Me
Life can be challenging, and often we feel alone in our challenges. Reaching out and asking for help is really difficult. We can feel as though something is wrong with us, or that we are failing at life. No one is alone when life gets hard, and I am passionate about helping those looking to get through their life challenges and experiences. I look forward to helping all clients with their personal journey by using values such as empathy, trust, honesty, and communication. I enjoy helping others find their sense of self through developing self-compassion, renewing a sense of confidence, and gaining new personal insight.

I use a person-centered approach that provides a nonjudgmental environment for clients to be honest with themselves in their self-exploration. I specialize in substance abuse issues and strive to provide a safe environment to work through shame and guilt. I also have experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.

My approach includes various techniques including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and others, depending on each person's unique needs. I am currently working on certification to specialize in working with those struggling with ADHD
