About Me
Erika has always been drawn to working with people and feels honored to help them with their most personal struggles. After 10+ years of experience with individuals and couples, she is 10 times more energized by the work. She specializes in trauma and use IFS and EMDR regularly. Her work also focuses on religious trauma/deconstruction, LGBTQIA+, couples, and ADHD, as well as many years of treating anxiety and depression.

She never treats two situations the same way and try to offer a variety of treatment options so that people can choose what feels right for them. She believes that everyone is doing their best, even though that "best" looks very different from day to day. Erika feels that therapy is a privilege and honors being a part of the vulnerable and brave parts of people's stories.

Erika has been the clinical director of Greenstone since the beginning in 2020. She currently serves on the board of the Mormon Mental Health Association. In 2021 she published her first book and over the past 5 years has been a guest on many podcasts.
